New Years Resolutions… Ahh. The simple joy of making a list, working hard, and sticking to all of your goals for the new year. Was one of your resolutions to become a batter baker (ha, ha!) in 2012? Well, one of our goals this year is to teach YOU to become a better baker! From crafting tarts, pies and artisan breads to tempering chocolate we have a baking class that will allow you to deepen your baking skills so you can rise to the top of your kitchen.

What do you get when you combine 11 excited bakers with 2 chef instructors, a whole lot’a crust – and a bunch of fruit? Pie! Perfect pie, that is. Students joined us yesterday morning to learn to create flaky crust and fruity fillings in our Perfect Pie class. They each took home three mini-sized pies they prepared during class. These ladies pictured above look happy, huh? You can, too: register or our next Perfect Pie class on August 31st from 6-8:30pm.
