And, learn the basics of carving your bird for Thanksgiving – by practicing on the chicken in your class. In addition, you’ll be preparing Classic Chicken Soup, Comforting Chicken Piccata, and Stuffed Chicken with Sausage and Pistachios served with Saffron Rice Pilaf.
