The Great American Beer Festival might be behind us now – but we’ve got another delicious beer and food pairing ahead of us. Join us around the Kitchen Table with Dry Dock Brewery for classic German cuisine paired with locally brewed German style beers on Wednesday, October 12th from 6-9pm.

You’ll learn how to prepare the dishes and Dry Dock will do the pairing, especially to compliment the menu you’ll be cooking.

During class, you’ll prepare a menu of:

Smoked Rainbow Trout with Potato Apple Pancakes, Sour Cream and Chives
Schweinebraten (roasted Pork Loin) with Bacon Leek Spaetzle and Sauerkraut
Western Slope Peach Fritters with Linzer Cookie and Vanilla Ice Cream

Dry Dock Brewery will lead you through the tasting of a Kolsch, Pilsner, Marzen, Hefeweizen and Alt for you to enjoy with the meal you’ll prepare. Brewery staff will discuss brewing methods of the beers and the special attributes they contribute to the pairing of each dish.
